Shipping policy

Delivery & Shipment

Commons orders are delivered all over Egypt to our customers from Sunday to Thursday between 10 am to 6 pm. After successfully placing your order, our customer service will conduct a verification process by call/SMS, then you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipment Fees

Our shipment fees vary from a province to another, therefore please check the shipping fees before confirming your order.

For last-minute orders in Cairo,  you can go with our next day delivery option.

 

Weekend orders

Orders placed during the weekend or official holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

Tracking orders

You can track your order by signing into your account and selecting ‘Track orders ‘

 

Order Cancellation

Please our customer service at commonc.egy@gmail.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to your order. We can’t cancel an order once it’s out for delivery.
